pkrvin Terms & Conditions — User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pkrvin ("pkrvin", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pkrvin.com. This Agreement governs all access to and use of the pkrvin website, mobile application, game lobby, sportsbook, promotions, and any other services or features offered through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the pkrvin platform — including browsing the website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion — you confirm that:

• You have read this Agreement in its entirety and understand its contents;
• You accept and agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement;
• You agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations governing your use of online gaming services.

pkrvin reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Access to and use of the pkrvin platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Services:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pkrvin enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and jurisdictions. Persons under 21 years of age are prohibited from registering, depositing funds, placing wagers, or claiming any promotional offer on the platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Exclusion Status: You must not be currently self-excluded from pkrvin or any other gaming platform under a formal self-exclusion agreement.
• Employee Restriction: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of pkrvin and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold active player accounts.

pkrvin reserves the right to request identity documentation — including a copy of a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification — from any user at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the pkrvin Services, you must create a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is truthful and that you will keep such information updated at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of this Agreement.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one active pkrvin account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where pkrvin identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all bonus balances forfeited. pkrvin reserves the right to retain any deposit balances pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. pkrvin will never contact you to request your password. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole legal responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to pkrvin support in writing.

3.4 Account Verification

pkrvin conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation before withdrawals are processed or at any time during your use of the platform. Accounts that fail to complete required KYC verification within the stated timeframe will be restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkrvin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account status. pkrvin reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.

4.2 Deposits

All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the Deposits page and are subject to change. Deposits are credited to your account wallet upon confirmed receipt. pkrvin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical interruptions outside of pkrvin's control.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) prior to any withdrawal being processed;
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by pkrvin support;
• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements must be settled before a withdrawal of related winnings can be processed;
• pkrvin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests;

4.4 Currency & Fees

All transactions on the pkrvin platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrvin does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

pkrvin offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the applicable promotion page as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion page terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits and any winnings derived from free spins or free bets are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps are published on each promotion's individual page. pkrvin strongly recommends that all players read these terms in full before accepting any bonus offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pkrvin operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds in a manner designed to guarantee profit irrespective of game outcomes (arbitrage betting), collusion with other players, and any other behaviour that pkrvin determines in its reasonable discretion to be an attempt to exploit its promotional offers unfairly. Where bonus abuse is identified, all associated bonus balances and derived winnings will be voided and the account may be suspended.

5.4 Bonus Eligibility

pkrvin reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion, to withdraw, modify, or substitute any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to impose additional eligibility criteria where it considers this appropriate. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and pkrvin may limit or exclude a player from promotional offers if its data indicates that their playing pattern is inconsistent with recreational use.

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the pkrvin platform — including live dealer games, video slots, fishing arcade games, table games, and sports betting markets — is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules.

6.2 Sportsbook & Cricket Betting

All sports bets, including cricket and PSL markets, are subject to pkrvin's Sportsbook Rules, which form part of this Agreement. Bets placed are final once confirmed. pkrvin reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, event cancellations, or where it suspects fraudulent activity. Settled bet outcomes are final unless a material error in settlement is identified, in which case pkrvin will correct the settlement and notify affected players.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game, software, or system malfunction, all affected bets and game rounds will be voided and any wagers refunded to player accounts. pkrvin is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error, whether on the part of pkrvin or its third-party game providers. A malfunction voids all pays and plays.

6.4 Responsible Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on the pkrvin platform. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may be updated at any time. pkrvin reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any player account where it considers this appropriate, including for responsible gaming reasons.

pkrvin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered pkrvin players directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined time period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts or session termination after a set gaming duration;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Formally exclude yourself from the pkrvin platform for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently.

Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. pkrvin will take all reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion, including removing the affected account from all marketing communications. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pkrvin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature — any such issues must be reported immediately to support rather than exploited;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee outcomes;
• Using the pkrvin platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any pkrvin software;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication with pkrvin staff or other players via any platform channel.

All content on the pkrvin platform — including but not limited to the pkrvin brand name and logo, website design, graphical elements, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, software code, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of pkrvin or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkrvin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any pkrvin content for commercial purposes;
• Create derivative works based on pkrvin's intellectual property;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices;
• Use pkrvin branding in connection with any third-party website, service, or promotional material without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of pkrvin's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil or criminal legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrvin hereby excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, game errors, or system outages;
• Loss of data resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to a failure of your own security practices;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the Services;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the pkrvin platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional details;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions or payment processors.

The pkrvin platform and all Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. pkrvin does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

pkrvin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated by the player;
• Abusive behaviour directed at pkrvin staff or other players;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus balances under active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. pkrvin will not be liable for any loss arising from an account closure carried out in accordance with this Agreement.

You may close your pkrvin account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closures for responsible gaming reasons will be processed as formal self-exclusions where requested.

pkrvin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, pkrvin will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. It is, however, your responsibility as a user to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the pkrvin platform following the publication of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement in full. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pkrvin's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including disputes relating to its formation, validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of pkrvin's operating jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law applicable in your territory.

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute informally. Players are encouraged to contact pkrvin's customer support team in the first instance. pkrvin will use reasonable endeavours to address and resolve all genuine player complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Sportsbook Rules, and any specific bonus or promotion terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and pkrvin with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.
